Atlas has a preferred lender relationship with Equity Prime Mortgage. As our preferred lender, they take advantage of USDA loan and down payment bond programs as well as streamlining the underwriting process for our clientele.

We feel strongly about building safe, energy efficient homes. All of our models come with energy efficient appliances, ceiling and wall insultation, and HVAC system.

All of our homeowners have access to our online portal where you can login to keep track of the schedule, view progress photos, and submit new requests. You will always know what stage we are at in the process.
